“We had family gathering to celebrate parents anniversary, we arrived without reserving a spot at the facility. When we arrived the crew gave us excellent service and told us we could use their upstairs dining area for our gathering.“

“We had a wonderful dinner there. Great menu, good wine selection, wonderful service. We shared arancini balls for an appetizer, a fantastic Napa salad with candied walnuts, apples and blue cheese, and then a Thai chicken pizza. We would get each one of these items a second time! It is our understanding they reopened with a new menu in March 2025. We were here in June and the menu is great. Definitely would recommend Palisades Eatery.“

“When we come to Calistoga, we always stop here. The food is good, the atmosphere is great. We love that they have live music. When we were there, there was an excellent jazz guitarist.

I had a smoked salmon sandwich with salad and my husband had a burger and fries.

The beer selection is wide, and we're always able to find something we like.“

“I want to take the time to share such an amazing customer service experience at the Mary's on Summerfield.

I ordered online for NYE at around 6:25 pm. It was a last minute decision as other places we were going to get dinner from were closed. My order was forecasted to be done for pick up at 7:10 pm.

I got to Marys at 6:55 pm. Earlier than anticipated due to the rain. It was definitely busy for pick up orders. It is NYE. So definitely to be expected. I got to the head of the line and was told my pickup order should be done by 7:15 pm. Close enough. I wasnt bothered. 7:20 pm rolls around and I go to the counter to check on my order. Im not mad or irritated. I just wanted an eta as I can see how hard the crew is working and the phones are ringing non stop. I approached the counter and the young gentleman was already anticipating my question. He apologized for the delay and handed me a monetary voucher to use for next time. He said it would be another 20 minutes and apologized again. I wasnt expecting such a kind gesture. I could see how busy they were and its expected due to the evening it was. 20 mins passed and my order was ready. The young gentleman called me over, apologized again for the delay, and gave me some cookies (as well) for waiting. I wish I got the young gentleman's name. He went above and beyond. It wasnt expected but very much appreciated.

The food was hot and delicious as well! Quality was just as good even with how busy they were.

“Let's start off with Atmosphere. Great Place, larger Restaurant than the other two places in Santa Rosa. While it is clean, it is slightly dirty in some spaces, but who has time to clean all that when a huge horde of people walk in, each ordering huge stacks of pizzas for an event??? I get it's the NFL event, but other times before the NFL that I have gone here, it's usually the same. There would be times I have to wait more than 30 minutes for my Pizza, but people are usually complaining about not receiving it in 5 minutes! Ridiculous! There is always a bunch of people in the restaurant and Door dash people waiting outside. The work staff are nice and I see them working very hard to get our orders right. Maybe they get it right. And sometimes they don't. I enjoy the food and appreciate the effort they go through.“
