Another woman and daughter came in and the pizza guy went right up to them and took care of their order first. Waved at him wondering what’s up and he just shrugged his shoulders. felt like age discrimination… I left.“

Feels like there are very few options in Petaluma so when I visit here I end up going to Acre several times, and I forget to take a picture each time because I always snarf it down so fast. “Ordered a bbq chx pizza good thing I checked it before I left apparently when it was going to the oven it got some bubbles and there was four pieces that didn't have any toppings on them because the bubbles were so big and all the toppings went off. I figured either they would offer me a discount or offer to make me another Pizza they didn't either and the guy just handed me my change. But I'm not going out like that, I asked to have another pizza made and they did this one looked much better anyway. The taste on the pizza was very bland. We also ordered boneless chicken garlic parmesan and barbecue and all they did was drizzle the sauce over the top and it was minimal at that also tasted very bland. Too many pizza places around to serve bad stuff and have bad service and we will not be going back.“

“I ordered pasta and some wings last Sunday about 30 minutes before closing (didn’t realize this till after I placed the order). I didn’t catch the guys name, but he was polite, kind and very hospitable. He also gave me pizza bread! When I picked up my order I was handed a rather larger box for my pasta, didn’t realize till I got home there was pizza bread in there!! I didn’t have the opportunity to say thank you in person, so I wanted to say thank you here. Great service and amazing food!“

We ordered the Uncle Vido and the spicy Hawaiian, and I am still thinking about both. The Uncle Vido was rich and savory in that “one more slice, okay one more” kind of way, while the spicy Hawaiian totally surprised me. Sweet, salty, and a little kick of heat, just chaotic enough to be addictive. You can tell they are not just throwing pizzas together here. Everything feels intentional and dialed in.

“definitely unprofessional not ok to tell a customer that even though the person taking your order over the phone messed up your order then you call then rude employee female at 6:30 pm answer the phone saying they can resend it out but charge me delivery fee again which is not ok or how it works I worked for domino's for a few years now and we don't do bussiness like that at all its unprofessional to lie to a customer then when the customer ask for a manger you don't put them on hold for 15 minutes and you over hear the person on the phone say just great saying not professional things about the customer completely rude and employee needs written up an reprimanded for this type of behavior but the manager is going to make it right but no customer should ever have to wait 45 minutes more to get there correct order completely not ok hopefully the GM and the district manager will look into the store off bear valley in apple valley to train there employees in proper procedures and professional way to handle customer service we order all the time never have these type of issues very disappointed“

It was about the best French dip that I’ve ever had in 67 years. The bun was crispy, but not heavy. Dipped into the au jus, it was heaven.They are good hearted people, and they should be patronized.“

“I want to take the time to share such an amazing customer service experience at the Mary's on Summerfield.

I ordered online for NYE at around 6:25 pm. It was a last minute decision as other places we were going to get dinner from were closed. My order was forecasted to be done for pick up at 7:10 pm.

I got to Marys at 6:55 pm. Earlier than anticipated due to the rain. It was definitely busy for pick up orders. It is NYE. So definitely to be expected. I got to the head of the line and was told my pickup order should be done by 7:15 pm. Close enough. I wasnt bothered. 7:20 pm rolls around and I go to the counter to check on my order. Im not mad or irritated. I just wanted an eta as I can see how hard the crew is working and the phones are ringing non stop. I approached the counter and the young gentleman was already anticipating my question. He apologized for the delay and handed me a monetary voucher to use for next time. He said it would be another 20 minutes and apologized again. I wasnt expecting such a kind gesture. I could see how busy they were and its expected due to the evening it was. 20 mins passed and my order was ready. The young gentleman called me over, apologized again for the delay, and gave me some cookies (as well) for waiting. I wish I got the young gentleman's name. He went above and beyond. It wasnt expected but very much appreciated.

The food was hot and delicious as well! Quality was just as good even with how busy they were.
