I wanted to provide an update since my last review. I met with Danielle, the manager of Acre Pizza in Cotati. We had a pleasant and constructive conversation. Without going into detail, we both apologized and I feel much better about patronizing this business. So thank you!
I had such a wonderful experience at the New Cotati location of Acre. The outdoor space was expansive (and had outdoor heaters!) and the inside space was clean, large, and perfect for the vibe of great food in a pretty casual setting (bring your coworkers, parter, friends, kids, or any combination.) You could grab a quick slice and a drink, or wait a few minutes for a wonderful freshly made pie (or volcano bread, which is my recommendation.) I didn't catch her name but the lady working the register today that helped my girlfriend and I was awesome. Super friendly, gave us a huge slice of pepperoni, and the food came out really fast. Customer service and the quality of the pizza were both 5/5, will definitely be swinging by here again at some point.
