Lived in Boston for 17 years and worked in a pizza place growing up. Was craving the hell out of pizza from back home. Saw the pictures of the food here and it looked promising so I decided to have an open mind and order a pepperoni. Figured it’s basic enough and hard to screw up. Damn, I don’t know who pissed in Amy Gilcrest’s Cheerios but I’m not going to accept slander from a TRANSPLANT about my favorite pizza parlor. I’m sitting here in Baltimore Maryland dreaming about New Yorker Pizza. I’m a Petaluma native and this spot and the family that owns it is an institution in our town. Based on the reviews, The New Yorker Pizza is a long standing Petaluma staple and a locally owned old school pizza joint. The food is exceptional, with seriously solid pizza, amazing pastas, and homemade sauces.
