Take a Bite and Exchange Bank with lots of parking available, What The Phở offers a great and cosy place with a clean and neat ambiance, brightened up by live plants that make it tranquil and pleasant. The food is excellent and authentic. The broth for the chicken pho is so fragrant, with star anise aroma, and the noodles are not sticky, with ample basil, sprouts, and lime. Meals like the veggie pho with spicy Lemongrass broth, steak pho with delightful clean broth and tender meat, and fresh spring rolls with large shrimp are all delicious and fresh. The garlic noodle plate with bbq pork features bouncy noodles and perfectly cooked veggies. The beef and shrimp pho are beautifully flavored with tender meat. The service is even better, with a kind and friendly owner who offered free beers and food, promptly cleans tables, and refills water without asking. The appetizers, including spring rolls and veggie egg rolls, are freshly made with perfect sauce. Everything is timed perfectly, making for a lovely meal.
