Beignets (straight from New Orleans).I really appreciated the portions, and that they were willing to split the entrées between me and my partner without any hassle. The wine list is also above reproach. Great variety of Sonoma county and external wines. More fun: there's a private tasting with Selah cab sauv on Th April 11 whose winemaker is Thomas Rivers Brown! “JCB Tasting Salon in downtown Yountville was not on our itinerary for our trip when we found ourselves walking through the front doors with a couple of women we had met down the street at Priest Ranch. We discovered the one of the women had a membership at JCB, so not only did we have the opportunity to enjoy a glass of wine while looking at the opulent and extravagant tasting room and the private tasting room in the back of the property. While the exterior looks fairly nondescript, which may be part of the point because you would never think what lies beneath the doors is anything interesting, the interior is like experiencing an acid trip in an extravagant Liberace way but definitely memorable and fun. Their private tasting room, screams, "Take some selfies," due to the wild and artsy furniture and trappings. The rose is also very tasty, very enjoyable, and a great wine to prepare for dinner.“

“The most beautiful landscaped vineyard in Rutherford. The Cab Franc is out of this world. Well worth a stop to enjoy some grape while you walk and take in all this property has to offer. From the sycamore trees to coy pond and all in between. Peju is a new favorite of mine and we look forward to visiting again. ??“
“Attention. To. Detail. Over the past couple of years I've heard my wife talk about wanting to go to The French Laundry, so this year I surprised her with a very early birthday surprise up in Napa! After coordinating with two other couples and booking reservations, I got an email asking for any special occasions or dietary restrictions. I informed them of the birthday celebration and the fact that we had someone who was gluten free. When we got there they knew our party and wished my wife a happy birthday and brought us to our seats. When we looked at the menu we all noticed that they printed "Happy Birthday (wife's name)" on the top of the menu, which we got to keep after the dinner. A few at our table got the wine pairings which are tailored to how much you'd like to spend and the sommelier did not miss. Each meal was an experience and at one point someone in our party was obsessed with how good the asparagus tasted. They also substituted every gluten item for our party member that was gluten free so they got to enjoy every course, which was a worry in the back of my mind that was put to ease. At the end they invited us down to the kitchen and we got to (briefly) see the chefs at work. Then at the end, each couple got their own menu, wine list of the pairings we had and some goodies for a late night or morning snack. My wife got her own happy birthday chocolate bar from Thomas Keller as well! This was all of our first times at The French Laundry and I don't believe it will be our last either. Amazing experience with great friends and we will be back!“
“This was my husband & I'd first stop upon arriving in Napa Valley and we couldn't have had a better time! Christian, the manager, greeted us and was so welcoming our entire stay. We sat outside on the back patio and did the Portfolio tasting which was excellent. The Viognier and the Cab were particularly good! I'll the grapes are local to Calistoga, and it's owner founded & run which I always love supporting. I would highly recommend you pop by, as reservations aren't needed!“
“Came here for fresh pasta and it was indeed very good. Happy hour has good selections of food and good deal on beer and wine. Calamari was superb crispy and delicious with fresh chunky tomato sauce for dipping. Half portions of fresh pasta were actually quite a good size to share for two. The eggplant was juicy and crispy outside. Apple crisp and tiramisu were yummy. Staff was friendly and frequently check with us about food and drinks. Overall excellent experience.“
“One of our favorite places. We went there for our anniversary. Ended up eating in the outside area which is only drinks and appetizers but it was great. We ended up ordering 2 orders of the smoked salmon(a must) and tried 4 different wines....Chappelle Cab was the best. Will go back soon.“

“My husband enjoyed his burger. I thought the bread starter we ordered was very dry ($12). I ordered a salad specifically for the candied walnuts but they forgot to add the walnuts and it took me forever to flag somehow down to remedy the situation (there was zero flavor in the salad otherwise-just butter lettuce and dressing-major next time remember the walnuts and maybe add some dried fruit??). Salad was "meh".“
“We arrived around 5pm after touring the Castello de Amorosa. To start we had the Shrimp and Pork Potstickers as well as the house smoked bone marrow. The potstickers were delicious. I'd definitely get those again. This was my first time having bone marrow so I didn't know what to expect but it was pretty good. For my entree I had the short smoked salmon. I've never had chard so well cooked. It was absolutely delicious alongside the salmon and potato purée. Our waiter was so personable and attentive. He even listened when we talked about my birthday a few days before and had ice cream brought to the table for dessert. This restaurant is definitely on my list for when I return to Napa.“
“Can't say better things about NIGHT Wines. When entering the business another customer, who was sitting on the patio, dog lunged at my service animal. The owner (Scott) answers the phones himself and instructed his staff to come escort us in the back door. Although we weren't compensated for this or given any type of accommodation for the stress, I'd still recommend this place to all my friends and family.Came down to Wine country for my birthday- attached are pictures of everything we enjoyed here at NIGHT Wines. Fights: amazing! Great portion sizes! Charcuterie board: standard to what you'd receive anywhere in Napa- but can't go wrong! Desert: My favorite part! It's paired with a serenade in either French or English with your desert. I did pass on this, but it's a sweet touch nonetheless.“
