Not only he is very caring and attentive, but being born and raised in Napa, he has a lot of stories and tips of things to do. For sure, besides the amazing food and wine, he is one of the reasons to return to The Saint.“

“Reserved a tasting and three course lunch. Was an awesome experience with a personalized touch from the lovely couple that owns Night wines. Well worth the experience and food was amazing. The tasting had a chocolate Truffle that was like having a frozen hot chocolate in a ball. Lunch was a steak sandwich that was to die for. And dessert was a chocolate mouse cake that sealed the deal.“

“We decided to stop for lunch in downtown Yountville. We ordered two cheeseburgers (my husband's burger was a double), fries to share and two drinks. The food was fresh and delicious. But we were sticker shocked by the price. It ended up being $70! The staff were also not very friendly. The atmosphere was small and cozy (best suited for 1-2 people). Overall it was a fun afternoon but probably would only go on special occasions as tbe price point is high.“

“I had another great dining experience a RH Yountville! The staff was excellent and the dishes ordered were amazing! RH Yountville only uses the finest ingredients in their dishes from farm fresh airloom tomatoes, lobster, mozzarela in the Burrata, there is no bad dish in this establishment, and their cheffs take the quality in their dishes very seriously. “The service at The French Laundry was truly incredible from start to finish. Every detail felt thoughtful, gracious, and perfectly executed without ever feeling stiff. The food was beyond excellent, beautifully prepared, and memorable but what really stood out was the warmth and precision of the hospitality. Such a special experience.“

“Napa Valley’s new hidden gem is Robert’s Tropical Table located in a converted breezeway/parking lot adjacent to the Mount View Hotel right here in Calistoga. Robert has been known for a decade as one of the handful of magical mixologists in our Valley having a long bar run at Sol Bar (until they closed for remodel and Covid) and then Brasswood before launching his rendition of a Jamaican Beach Cafe. His Ocho Rios roots come alive with a delicious selection of jerk chicken, pork belly, and wings with an escovitch fish perhaps better than mine. And never to be missed are the festival dumplings and a perfect Dark and Stormy. Open DAILY when the music is playing and gates are ajar (3pm to 10pm).“

“We walked in towards the very end of their day hoping for a fun tasting on our way out of Napa, and boy did Peju deliver!

My group and I had the end-of-day tasting flight which was led by Robert on their staff! He gave us the background on the wines in the flight and even went out of his way to answer a barrage of additional questions we threw his way! He was kind enough to give us two additional little pours as well, which we greatly appreciated.

As a last-minute stop on our day trip to Napa, Peju was a pleasant little surprise! I'd be totally enthusiastic to return and try all FIVE of their Cab Francs that they've got available.“
