It’s great that they list the sauces they put in the rolls. But again, just the choice of adding them would be more convenient. The quality of the rice and other ingredients is wonderful. “All the staff were very attentive and friendly. The wine selection is very nice. We had escargo, Coquille St Jacques, pear endive salad, beef cheeks bourguignon, bread, and butter. For dessert, I had pear tarte tatin with ice cream. Everything was prepared very well and was delicious.“
