A group of friends had dinner at Augie's last night. We loved the ambiance, the food, and the service. We started with cocktails. Two of the three were from the cocktail menu and were both beautiful and delicious. The third was a traditional maritini which was very good but skimpy, filling only 2/3 of the small cocktail glass. Augie's exceeded my expectations! Loved the ambiance and the way they decorated the inside. Our waiter and staff were super nice. Kept checking on us to make sure our waters were full. The food was delicious! Even the complimentary bread and butter! The butter is salted and whipped, and spreading it on the bread made it that much better.
