“Let me start with the place. I’m a billiards guy and it’s Pool table is out of this world with modern lighting. I ordered my favorite drink and as usual with me stepping in a new bar that’s my to go drink and I can tell who is who. The Mescal, the last word “closing argument”. Wow just amazing,the flyover is on point, the bartender “V” has some class yall.

“Agree with other commentators, good prices and good pours and pretty good vibe. People bring food in and it's free on like Football Sundays. Really good. There's a little bit of a local uppitiness (so many people know each other) that can be a little off putting. For example, bartender won't look at you for an order when a "local " just walked in.“

As a food service entrepreneur myself, I always critique my 1st 3 collisions with staff.

1st - the Manager - Shane
He saw us walk in the door and acknowledged our arrival.
He seated us according to our preference.
He cleared an empty glass from our table while walking by.
He answered a few of my questions about the decor.
He was very delightful and turned our dinner into a memory.

2nd - our server - Cameron
She gave us excellent recommendations on the menu.
When asked about options on the menu she gave a great, honest answer and I took her advice.
She checked on us multiple times and refilled our drinks without interrupting our conversation.

3rd - the kitchen runner
While he was quiet, he was attentive and extremely polite.
He treated us like his whole goal in getting up that day was to prepare to serve us.
He never walked by our table without smiling and usually clearing a dish.

The food was excellent, the atmosphere was alive and most importantly, we were made to feel like we were the most important people in the restaurant.

“I have been going to Los Tres Chiles with a client who has intellectually/developmentally disabilities for several months. The service has always been incredible, and the employees are incredibly kind and respectful to the gentleman I work with! He and I both love the food and atmosphere, too!
