Based on the reviews, Stark’s Steak & Seafood is a great spot for a satisfying meal. The steaks are delicious and cooked perfectly, including the filet mignon, new york, longbone ribeye (aka tomahawk), and porterhouse steak. The food is hearty and flavorful, with massive portions. The in-house baked bread with garlic butter is a perfect starter, and the bone marrow tastes amazing with the bread it comes with. Sides like asparagus, mashed potatoes, creamed spinach, and fries are enough for two people. The ribs are fall-off-the-bone tender, and the fries are crispy and addictive. The house steak sauce is amazing and flavorful without taking away from the flavor of the steaks. The seafood is also a great option, with the butterfish being very delicious. The restaurant has a lovely atmosphere and good wine and beers. Service can be great and attentive, though it can sometimes be a bit inconsistent. The check-in process could be improved, as there was not a comfortable place to sit while waiting. Overall, it is a meat & seafood lover's paradise and a place that never disappoints.
