For being the restaurant located Wine Country hotel I expected a bit more. Since it was mid week, breakfast was understandably off the menu versus the buffet. I generally prefer this as the eggs are fresher and better versus the pile o’ food in the steno heated trays.

Railroad Stop is the restaurant located within the Hyatt Regency Sonoma. The breakfast buffet this morning was solid, the coffee is Starbucks brewed, and the service was excellent!
Nice breakfast buffet. Not open beyond breakfast, although, website says they are open for dinner.

The Railroad Stop restaurant offers basic food with a breakfast buffet and dinner to go options. The dinner received better reviews compared to the breakfast, but neither are exceptional. The restaurant is located inside a hotel/Hyatt and has above average prices. The staff, including the chefs and hosts, receive high praise for their kindness, attentiveness, and efficiency. The breakfast buffet includes a variety of items such as thick-cut bacon, sausage, scrambled eggs, potatoes, breads, pastries, cereals, juices, and coffee. The buffet is regularly replenished and the staff are friendly. Manager Chris went out of his way to accommodate customers, even when it was against policy.
