I first reviewed Paradise years ago. I have been a regular patron even though i live an hour away. I invite my team, new clients, and family there regularly. Theee buffet menu is well organized, easy to order, and they are fast! Even when busy, they have stellar service and their front end staff are so great. Jefe Juan, at the 4th Street location is an amazing owner. I constantly ask him to put another shop in Ukiah, yet to no avail. Out doesn't matter. I'm still coming...read full review

The sushi is exceptional and made to order right there on the spot. The staff is hospitable and efficient, with great service. Customers often sit at the bar to watch international soccer and drink Sapporo, the traditional Japanese beer. The hibachi fragrance emanating from the dining area adds to the ambiance of this local gem.
