Perch + Plow offers a great view of the Courthouse square. The food, like truffle fries and bacon-wrapped dates, was excellent. Prawn tacos and calamari were delicious, and the cocktail sampler was great. The prices are a bit high, with a total of $40 for a small bite and two cocktails. The night club has a cover charge and a dress code, with a mix of music genres. The service was good, but there weren't enough wait staff, causing delays. It's suggested to wait until more staff is hired before visiting again.
