I came here to try the birria ramen and it was delicious! The server was happy to tell us about their most popular dishes for next time (and there will be a next time). The chips were served with salsa and a bean dip. The bean dip left us wanting more. The birria ramen did not disappoint. It was quite the serving and the garnishes gave it so much flavor. Forget starbucks- it's not the holiday season for me unless I have my hot Birria consome cup in my cup holder.Quesabirrias here are straight ?? I poured a little red sauce into my consomé for added heat. Definitely keeps you warm in rain y weather.The variety here is fantastic, I have so many favorite dishes.
