“I’ll admit this gently. I don’t quite have the palate for Mexican food. But my family does, and El Coyote Mexican Food is the place they keep coming back to again and again.

The cheerful turquoise track is in the same spot, easy to find, and there are almost always people around. That steady presence says a lot. A small line forms, orders move along, and no one seems disappointed walking away. I see people wearing working clothing, sometimes pajamas, some in office suits - all together enjoying nice meal at the table or happily carrying it to the cars. Says a lot, ha?

From what I see and hear at our family table, - the portions are generous, the food is very satisfying, and it delivers exactly what people expect. Nothing complicated, just consistent and dependable in a way that clearly works.

“The burritos are top-notch. Not the cheapest in town, but you get what you pay for as when I grabbed the bag from the lady at the food truck I couldn't believe how he at they were. Two burritos ended up feeding two people for two meals in the end. Definitely go for the cheese option.“

“The most incredible tortilla chips! We call them "crack chips" because they are so addictive. We don't let the little kids eat them because they don't fully appreciate the delicate crispiness, perfect crunch and ideal chip to salt ratio. So glad they are sold at our local markets!“
