Taco Bell in Santa Rosa

“Food is so good here. I already had everything from this Taco Bell and just Taco Bell in general so I have no words about this place fresh fast when I order it is always really good. Never had cold food. Nice hot food service is great. Everybody here is extremely nice. Recommended Taco Bell for sure and especially in a busy spot.“

“For the longest time, Taco Bell on Hopper was the Absolute best fast food restaurant in Santa Rosa. Now these young kids working their don't care and the customer, the quality of food. I'm surprised they're still managing to stay at this location, it's dark appearance from 6pm makes it look abandoned.“

“You're drive thru line is not customer friendly. Big overgrown fern on the left that rubs against your car and overwatered hedge plants on the right shooting water on your car from that side. If you've ordered for more than two people, there's a good chance you'll have to go around and park in one of them four walking spots. And of course first you have to be able to get into them because where you come out of the drive-thru is right where the parking is.“

“I came this evening with a drive thru order. It was a small order. My instant reaction was how clear your employee was taking my order and upbeat. I drove around to window. My wait time was minimal. Short and sweet. Again, fella at the window, great customer service. He had such a great attitude I had to ask his name to write a great review for him. Andy! Thank you for showing care to your customer by your upbeat spirit.“

“For fast food, it's reasonably good. We usually just get quesadillas or soft tacos, so it's never greasy. Staff is friendly and very accommodating when asking for changes. I've never had issues with my order here, never any missing or incorrect items, always napkins in the bag, etc.“
