“Took my family for lunch on a Sunday afternoon. We had dim sum & also ate off the regular menu. I was surprised how good the dim sum was. It was very good. I've eaten dim sum in large cities & this I think was just as tasty.It would be nice if they had some music playing in the restaurant.

“As a mobile technician I travel the whole Bay Area and I stop at little Chinese restaurants all the time. Today I stopped at Wah Sing and dang the lunch specials are under $10!!! I got the Broccoli chicken. And it was the most delicious Broccoli chicken I have had at any Chinese restaurant so far! They gave us a big meal, soup and tea! Bill was 10.50 before tip! U can’t beat that!! I will keep coming here when working in Napa! Totally worth it. Great taste and great prices!!“

The portions are very good for the value, the value compared to all the rest of the businesses in the area is quite reasonable.

“Here from a wine napkins video! This is such a unique spot, Napa is lucky to have this special cuisine so accessible. Everything was really flavorful albeit a touch rich, but the flaky bun soaked all the juices really well.

I got the Xi’An Pork Burger, Asian Spice Chicken Burger, and KongFu Cucumber Salad to share. I would order those three again, it was a good experience to alternate bites between a more savory braised pork which was great with the raw garlic, to the more dry spiced cumin chicken, and the juicy crunchy cucumber. The prices are a little high but the quality is definitely there, so no regrets!

Side notes: I wish they also did strawberry tanghulu… hawthorn is very traditional though! It would be nice to see a dry fried tofu option for vegetarians.“

“We had a lovely dinner at Dragon Valley in Napa Valley. The restaurant is quiet without any background music which is a pleasant change in such a noisy world. Our server was very friendly and attentive with an infectious smile. Everything came out hot and fresh and was tasty. Our only general note, we would have preferred a lighter touch with the salt. The calamari had a nice breading. The wonton soup was excellent in a nice light sauce with fresh dumplings. Sizzling beef with black pepper platter had heads turn when they presented the dish -definitely an attention getter! Nice flavor, tender beef and vegetables. We ordered a small side of rice to accompany the dish. Thank you for a nice dinner. We will be back!
