We came an hour a half before closing on a Saturday. It was pretty empty, only two other tables occupied. The waitress was kind and attentive the whole time. The food was ok. Chips and salsa were the highlight. I tried the Chile relleno and cheese enchilada plate. The beans and rice were good, and the enchilada was better than the Chile relleno. They just lacked flavor. The Jamaica and horchata Aguas Fresca were yummy! I'd return to give them another shot and try something different.
I love the chicken they do here, in particular the chicken enchiladas! The chicken was tender and juicy, packed with spices and flavor, topped off with goey melted cheese and a rich mole sauce. I'm still dreaming of it hours later. We showed up with a large group and our server did a great job taking orders and serving 25 people. The chips were crunchy and freshly fried. we went here to get a to go order. The place was cute on the inside and the yard looks amazing! Can't wait to come back when it gets warm! We only got bean burritos, but they were delicious! Best I'd had in a long time. The chips and salsa were very good as well. We will be back!
