It's been awhile since I dined at Taqueria Maria and so I was pleasantly surprised to see the renovated restaurant and outdoor seating. Our party of four came for dinner around 6pm on a Sunday and we were promptly seated. The chips and salsa came very fast. The green sauce was the best and red sauce too spicy for me. Came here with my boyfriend on a rainy Friday night for dinner because I was craving some caldo. It was extremely busy and we got super lucky immediately finding a parking spot in the lot, otherwise people were parking on the street. Although busy, for a party of two we got seated within 5-10 minutes. I ordered two pollo enchiladas a la carte, a caldo de pescado, and a bloody Maria. I used their catering services for my husband's 60th birthday and it was wonderful! Everyone at the party kept talking about how excellent the food was. David helped me put together the menu and his staff got everything together on time. Highly recommend!
