I was greeted and sat at a table promptly..
The same young man who sat me, also he was dubbling as my waiter who gave me time to pour over the menu.. as soon as i made my selection and put down the menu, the young man appeared as if he heard te menu close, he was pleasently attentive through the meal. He was just a little soft spoken, tall and graceful in his gait, a gentle soul who beamed confidence in his tasks.
