Food was very well presented and delicious. This restaurant is tucked into a strippish kind of mall right by the downtown and Napa Train. It is also part of the culinary institute of America (CIA). Service was excellent, frequent and quick. Though they did seat us closer to our reservation time even though half of the restaurant was empty. May have been kitchen constrained.
What a wild ride eating here can be. Another reviewer wrote that this is a dining experience akin to "Russian roulette" and there's no other comparison. My experience recently was hands down great, and I was nervous it would just be mediocre. Service was wonderful, our server knew the menu inside and out and was impressed with her ability to handle questions around ingredients preparation and wine choice.
