“We arrived shortly before closing after lunch and they were kind enough to let us in. We were a party of 3 including one child. We ordered the agedashi tofu, sashimi salad, California roll, fried calamari, and rainbow roll. It was all fresh and tasty.“

“We’ve been dining here for the past 5 years. Food has always been excellent. Service has always been prompt and friendly. Kat is usually the person that serves us and she has always been great. Super relatable and always giving us her grounded experiences. Food has been excellent but we’ve noticed the care and presentation go up within the past year. We’re super basic and as long as the food and service is good, we’re fine with it. The extra care to their dishes has been noticeable and really adds to the experience. We’re really loving the direction the place has been taking this past year and we’re happy to see the improvements.“

“Omg! My husband and I celebrated our anniversary dinner here. We had a wonderful time. Our waiter Anthony was great! The service and hospitality was fantastic. The chef came out with the most incredible hot dinner rolls which by the way were complementary, the perfect to our wonderful dinner.... Now the appetizers were delicious , but our main course was next level. I can't wait to return. Thank you Ember Steak 🔥“

“A good selection of Thai and Sushi and prices are reasonable. Our server is very polite. I like the most was the Sushi especially the presentation. Definitely, I’ll recommend to our friends and we’ll come back for sure.“

“This was such a wonderful hidden gem to find in Fairfield. All the fun and presence of a Benihana restaurant at a more affordable rate. We celebrated our anniversary here and the staff was kind, fun, and thoughtful, surprising us with a tempura ice cream. Our Chef was funny, skilled, and attentive. The food was on point and delicious. The drinks were great too. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend checking them out.“
