Excellent aged ribeye with a wonderful seaweed-wrapped sushi roll. The combination of tuna, sea trout and hamachi, greatly impressed my wife who grew up by the seaside. The mushroom side dish was a show-stopper with the ribeye. It was truly a wonderful case of protein on protein crime! Dessert was a perfect ending to a wonderful dining experience.
