Had chicken with couscous and shrimp with couscous. The proteins were grilled to order and were delicious. Good variety of salad mix on top. Salt is on the heavier side on the dish. Overall the flavor is good. The long strands of pea greens on top is slightly annoying to eat, you almost have to eat them like noodles. Slightly shorter chop would make it better.

Moro Napa is a Moroccan restaurant located at Oxbow Public Market. The food is described as absolutely delicious, with many flavorful additions. Guests have tried the chicken with couscous, shrimp with couscous, beef with salad, beef (slow cooked short rib) with couscous, lamb shoulder, chicken flatbread, cauliflower couscous, moro fries, cornbread, and spreads like hummus, babaganoush, and labneh. The proteins were grilled to order and delicious, and the lamb shoulder serving was very generous. The shrimp with couscous was bursting with flavor. The beef with couscous was pretty perfect, with chermoula, chickpeas, almonds, raisins, and pickled onions. The cornbread was just as good, albeit a bit small. The long strands of pea greens on top are slightly annoying to eat, and salt is on the heavier side. The service was fast and super friendly, and the folks serving were really nice and explained the cooking well. Some say the quantity is small, but the main was quite filling. It is easily the best restaurant in the whole market, a must stop for Mediterranean food lovers, and highly recommended for anyone visiting.
