Wow. This is the BEST bread! We only get it here in Calistoga 4 days a week, but I would love to have it ALL the time. Perfect crisp crust. Medium soft interior. Tasty sour dough umami. I just Love this bread. More than any other around, including Acme (my 2nd favorite) or Model. Just Grrrreat!
Dr. Shanahan is so professional and kind. He did a wonderful job on realigning my teeth when they were knocking into each other. My teeth look beautifulThe staff are also friendly and professional, I always have a good experience when I go there. Thanks to all of you
