On 11/17/21 my friends and I stopped at the Fairfield Panera. It was an absolutely wonderful customer service experience in addition to excellent food. Nadia greeted us and took our orders and checked later to see how we were doing. She was genuinely gracious and attentive. We all complimented her and their team. We met her manager as well to convey our appreciation for their quality food and extraordinary service.
This location is one that I will enjoy visiting again.

Service was absolutely amazing! Loved the staff, very sweet and polite! Asked how we are doing and such. Our food was amazing and fresh!
