“Everything is really good here! I started working in the area a few months ago and I come here often for lunch and the owners are very nice and the food is amazing. You get generous portions as well. A hidden gem in an otherwise fast food heavy location.“
“This is great place—-a gem in old downtown Fairfield. Love the Sinatra, Tony Bennett, Dean Martin music playing! Food is so delicious and such high quality! Give yourself a treat and come downtown and try this place!! Oh—and live music the second Sunday of the month. So perfect!!!“
“Very comfortable setting, beautifully done. The atmosphere is wonderful, the service was efficient and very welcoming and tge food was excellent.Dietary restrictions: Lots of options on the menu enough that should accommodate most people.Parking: Busy so many spots filled but always seems to be some available.Wheelchair accessibility: Very easy access and outdoor eating as well as indoor..both easily accessible“
“I ordered the 14 ounce Ribeye and skipped the veggies to have room for the Pecan Pie Bread Pudding with ice cream. This was by far the best steak I have ate in years! Have to mention the awesome bread pudding! I loved every bite! Thank you!!“
“Great place to have a country style breakfast. First, the beignets are great!!! You can’t go wrong Tom’s scramble and the waffle was deliciously moist and buttery. I arrived on an empty stomach and left with my button unfastened…Plentiful portions that reheat well for take home.“
“Every town needs an eclectic spot to grab a drink and to commune with friends and locals. Pioneer is warm, friendly, and weird in all the right ways. Tony and his happy band of regulars have turned this locale into a bohemian paradise celebrating local artists and supporting local entrepreneurs. Every day there's some sort of social club gathering ready to welcome you into their community. Your experience at pioneer is never the same twice, but every visit will have one thing in common, you'll leave happier than you arrived.“
“We were booked to do a holiday party at the Heretic. Adding Dj & photo booth service to party was easy working with the staff. The room was both spacious and clean. The food was definitely good. The bar staff was great to work with. We hope to be invited back soon.“
“Oh hell yes. As a Buffalo expat I've been searching for good wings. They had the size, they had the right way of cooking, they had the variety between drums and splits. Plenty of meat on the bones and there wasn't some tiny half-wing that counts against me in my 6 piece; they were all full size!My wife surprised me with the Atomic take out, snd the guy packed a glove and said I probably couldn't finish em. I did, and I loved them, and I'll be back for them again. Kinda regretted not using the glove 5 hours later when I rubbed my eye though!“
“I have been coming here for years now. Each time, the food is served fresh, hot, well seasoned, and delicious. We arrived near the opening time, so there was no wait in line. We were greeted and seated immediately. The wait staff arrived within minutes to take our drink order. Today, for main entrees, we picked red beans & rice along with the shrimp po boy. The serving sizes here are well above average. The football game was on the big screen tv while mowtown music played in the background, giving a nice soulful ambiance. The wait staff is always friendly and courteous. There is plenty of free parking on the street or in the side parking lot. Willl most definitely come again. Highly recommend to anyone.“
“First time coming here, definitely will be back again. Had the chicken/rice/avocado/eggs breakfast meal with sourdough bread and coffee. It was a very good and seriously filling breakfast, I had to save half of it for later. They offer 10% military discount. Parking is out front of the restaurant, to the side is an Autozone so there is plenty to choose from, but you might have troubles parking close on a busy day. Staff was friendly and attentive. Meals were not expensive, even without the mil discount.“
“Decent Dennys. Food has always been good. The last couple times I've gotten the French toast. They have recently switched to using brioche bread which is perfect. Not as bready with the thick Texas toast. Would also recommend the avocado bacon “
“This is our spot to go when we decide to eat out. The food is fresh & tastes great, the service is very nice and it’s easy to understand how to order if you’ve never been there before. I like that they have a different take on a fast food (if you call it fast food…)“
“I love Mel's dinner, whenever I ina town and happen to see a Méls... I know I'll be eating there at least once before leaving. Most likely breakfast. I love their country scramble and their hash browns are always cooked to perfection.I've never been to a Méls and had anything but exceptional service. They take care of you. They wait staff are very attentive to their tables when the food comes out It's hot or cold based on what it is,but it's always good. When I'm traveling I usually get food to go. But if There's a Mel's in town I don't hesitate to belly up to the bar. There are always friendly people to strike up a conversation with so you won't be eating alone. Over the years I've shared a few tables with some pretty amazing people I met at Mel's.If you see one, stop in and get yourself a plate, you will be happy you did....“
“Not happy. I waited for 45 minutes in the area to order this before opening. The app said it would be done at 9:20. Then they opened and approved the order and then it said 9:35- 45. I went early at 9:32 and it was sitting there.... No notification by text or app to pick up until i was already gone and in my car. Thanks. I won't be so patient next time. I'll go somewhere else.“
“This has become a favorite weekend breakfast spot for me and my wife. Great service and good food. I am particularly fond of the eggs Benedict while my wife loves the omelettes. The place is small and offers indoor and outdoor seating. The outdoor seating and small, homie feel are really nice. The outdoor seating is important to us because we like to be able to take our dog with us and the relatively small and not overly crowded space makes us feel comfortable having our pet with us.The name of this restaurant recently changed but the staff is the same and breakfast is still really good.“
“Love Red ..foods always good... waitresses are outstanding always making sure everything going good with you...Love Red LobsterParking: Big parking lot..only thing wrong the bathroom stunk really bad... don't think I'm going back for awhile“
“Wonderful service and great-tasting food. The atmosphere is loud and obnoxious. I sometimes think the Fairfield location tries to reach or exceed its "Maximum Occupancy" limit. We were a party of six from Vacaville (a 20-minute drive one way) and dined in last night around 6 PM, on the 7th of April. Our food was brought out 37 minutes later, as indicated by the timer set on my phone. We ordered the usual appetizers/starters along with entrées.The booths typically accommodate five "full-sized and average" people. Last time we dined here at Texas Roadhouse, we were given a booth, and I didn't have enough elbow space to cut my food because we were literally shoulder-to-shoulder.I understand it's a steakhouse, not fine dining, but the noise level is akin to being in a dance club!Thank goodness the Fairfield location stopped giving out peanuts. People throwing peanuts on the ground like uncivilized behavior was an eyesore, and I empathize with the servers and staff having to clean up the heinous mess on the restaurant grounds!I insisted on a table, and phoning in to request one is another ordeal. Consistent busy signals and hearing the Verizon lady calmly informing me that the restaurant number is not reachable.Come and dine in for the complimentary bread rolls with sweetened cinnamon butter along with the delicious entrées. Make a swift exit to save your ears and hearing!Parking: The lot is spacious; however, if planning to dine around busy times, come early to find spot(s). Otherwise you'll have to "hunt for your parking spot" and trail around people like shopping at Costco during peak hours!“
“Best hole in the wall sandwich shop in Fairfield. There sandwiches are awesome! Place could use some renovation but maybe that's the appeal. Gets real busy during lunch time. Good quality meats and very good prices compared to the competition. Joe's special is Grrreat!“
