One of the best #ramen and #sushi in the Fairfield-Suisun-Vacaville area! The tempura is perfect. The ginger is fresh. The sushi is excellent. And the ramen is on point. Great team, good service. We love sitting at the sushi bar. Kanpai❗️ Totto Ramen and Sushi Bar is a must do.?
We had 2 types of ramen (Tonkotsu and Black Garlic). The broth was lacking the umami that the visual promised. The noodles were also overcooked so the were mushy, unfortunately.
Still giving this place 4 stars because 3 is too low a rating.
The appetizers were great, like many other reviews, was very happy with the karaage. Agedashi tofu was just okay, but the korean corn dog was a hit with the group as well as the panko shrimp.

Wanted ramen so we stopped in for lunch. Started with the Wakame salad. What a great presentation! Ring mold of seaweed on a bed of shredded diakon with a sauce scattered around the ring. Really good. We both had the lunch special, Ramen with a choice of side, we each chose mini karaage chicken and rice bowl. Fantastic crispy and juicy chicken. The black garlic Ramen was so flavorful. Great food, great price, and great service. Will definitely go again.
