First diving into the food, trying their tonkatsu ramen with chashiu the presentation was on point however there were a few issues. Comparing the price point to other high rated ramen places for the value of the ramen it was a little on the high side but no much. The amount of bamboo, half egg, and mushrooms were a bit lacking. The taste of the food as well was lacking. The egg wasn't seasoned or marinated like most ramen places which was a little disappointing. The chashiu pork, that I was originally excited for, was dry and tasted like old grease with a pork jerky texture. It was extremely overcooked and not fresh. However getting to the broth, that was on point along with the noodles which were cooked perfectly. Next the service, overall the service was mediocre getting the attention of a waiter to order was slightly difficult. Additionally when asking questions about the food and or recommendations they we're not really knowledgeable. For a small place the atmosphere was pretty chill and had some good vibes. The one thing that really bugged me is a kept on trying to flip tables quickly almost as if they were pestering clientele to finish their meals as quickly as possible so the next person could sit. It kind of made me feel rushed when eating. Overall I get the place three stars.

I have been to this place 3 times in the past 2 weeks… it’s that good. Chicken Karage is a must try, and the ramen is killer! Sushi rolls are big and super tasty. Highly recommend!!

Enjoyed the Soppora Miso Ramen, Full of flavor and very filling. Top notch service, the gentleman that waited on us was very helpful and prompt asking if we wanted refills on our drinks.The atmosphere was nice, small space but crowded with happy people that came in. Place was packed when we were leaving. Would definitely recommend this place again.

Food was amazing. My wife & I got black garlic ramen and DF sushi rolls. We also had shrimp tempura and gyoza which was divine! The customer service was great! We live an hour away from this establishment but if we come back in the area we will definitely be coming back again!Kid-friendliness: Had options for Kid Ramen, which my daughter loved!

My sister and I decided to eat here for lunch, we got seated at the bar! We got great service by seating at the bar for some reason that we got to know Chef Jay a little during our lunch! The food was as always was delicious. I always take turns between the Sake Don and the ramen since I love salmon sashimi. Chef Jay was super friendly and gave us a great recommendation on the Tori. It was phenomenal and he told us about the beautiful Uni they have but unfortunately we were so stuffed that we promised to try next time! Thank you to Chef Jay to make our experience memorable, we hope to visit again soon!

Rainy day, came to do some Christmas shopping and decided to have lunch at Totto. Decided on the Garlic Ramen. It was very tasty. Lots of textures and depth of flavor. Service is quick and friendly. This is my go to Japanese restaurant in Fairfield.

Heyyyyyyyyy you guyyyyyyys! Passed this place while in Fairfield and could not wait to give it a try. It's a hole in the wall and no secret that they are delicious bc this place was jumping! The staff is pleasant, welcoming and all around provide great service. We ordered the agedashi tofu appetizer, along with the soft shell crab and wakame salad. For dinner we opted for black garlic ramen and Sapporo ramen vegetable-EVERYTHING was packed with flavor and freshness. I wish I lived in the area bc this would be my go to for sure! Run don't walk- you have to give this place a shot asap, you will not be disappointed. Let's eat!!
