Maybe it's just me but if I can't even get a hello from the person taking my order I have zero desire to spend my hard earned money there. Today went in and not one person acknowledged my presence and then the person who came up to the register to take my order couldn't even be bothered to say hello. So I said "how are you" to zero response. I walked out. I can't stand rude customer service and will not return.
The building itself is small on the outside but opens up splendidly on the inside. The workers are quick and efficient in the back, but it does take a little while to be noticed when you stand behind the register. Not too long mind you, but there's a bit of standing around and waiting involved. The service itself is great. The workers know the menu and they're fast with the machine and pay. The boba was delicious, but lacked ice. The staff were friendly.The place though was not very appealing. Chipped walls, ripped and dirty sofas, no place to sit for customers. It overall needed an update.
