Food is always hot and fresh. But it seems lately there is always something missing or incorrect. I have to check my bags before I leave. Last time two mcdoubles missing, before they no sauce for the nuggets. Before that fries.... it's been about everywhere at least order its been not 100%. But the food and cleanliness. Make up for it. Even when they mess up they correct it. Except once a few orders ago I had two duplicate orders and had to show them I had two separate orders...read full review
I walked in and I ordered a Big Mac with extra cheese and when I told the employee my order he then proceed to say "You're disgusting". But the food was good so 5 Stars!!!

I am a huge advocate for individuals in customer service..but the employee here had none... demeanor was unacceptable..I was expected to know that the bag placed in the pick up area was the chicken nuggets forgotten in my order..no words were spoken at all.
