Waited for 10 mins or so. Starbucks employee was helping a customer that was ahead of me and another starbucks employee came and made the drink and instead of helping me she and the customer started talking about keto. If you want to chit chat get each other phone #. Some of the employees at Safeway at Waterman are rude and doesn't look like they want to help. If you don't like your job get a new job. So.. just for reference, I go to Starbucks a lot. Like A LOT, A LOT. Anywhere I go. Even in other countries. And I have had many great experiences. This time when I stopped in at my local Safeway I decided to get a drink at the Starbucks inside the store. When I approached, the barista was straightening all the good on the shelves (It looked great by the way). I'm a regular here. I love that they know my drink and do their very best to get it right every time. But as others said, it DOES depend on who's working that day to get the right quality drink as well as service. Isn't that true everywhere? Yes it is. I have to agree with those who've said management is off on this Starbucks. For example, the best cappuccino maker is Sivaun, hands down, and while he claims to prefer morning shifts, management gives those to others. Now I understand...read full review
