Found a chunk of cardboard from the cup holders inside my drink. I ordered a strawberry açaí lemonade without the strawberry infusion so there shouldn't have been anything chunky inside my drink. Super unacceptable because it's been twice and the second time there was something inside my cup when I had ask for an ice water cup

I never leave reviews but this time around had too! This one girl working today was moving like sooo slow! Took her 40 minutes to serve the 3 people in front of me! Don’t go here unless your prepare to wait a veryyy long time!

Waited for 10 mins or so. Starbucks employee was helping a customer that was ahead of me and another starbucks employee came and made the drink and instead of helping me she and the customer started talking about keto. If you want to chit chat get each other phone #. Some of the employees at Safeway at Waterman are rude and doesn't look like they want to help. If you don't like your job get a new job. I know it maybe a tiring job, I get it but all i want is a drink. BTW.. I left, I couldn't wait any longer

Just left this place on 2/12/2021. I approached the counter at 545 and there was a customer that just got done ordering. I was very rudely told we are closed. Young girl with long dark hair. I just wanted some ice. I check on the website to see they close at 7.

Stop sending me to Safeway when I want to take a detour to Starbucks. I'm gonna start throwing 1 stars at them til they figure this out. I guess I might be the only one with this annoying problem. But I'm on the road a lot and this makes me waste my time. This is not a Starbucks. This is Safeway.
