Taj Grill & Crust offers a clean and tidy restaurant with friendly service and a nice ambiance. The food is flavorful, delicious, and beautifully presented, with generous portions that are not oily. The menu has a good variety, and spicy levels can be customized. The butter chicken and tikka masala were some of the best, and the mango lassis were delicious as well. The naan and rice portions were hefty. The Lamb Methi Malai had the best sauce, and the mango curry and sweet naan were loved by kids. The restaurant is nice, clean, and feels cozy yet premium. The service is excellent and attentive. The atmosphere is quiet but lovely, and the music is nice. The food smelled so wonderful. A total of 5 different plates and 2 orders of rice can feed a family of 6-8 people. The spinach chicken was exquisite, and the chai and desserts were good. This place is habit forming and well worth the visit. It is a great addition to Fairfield and a new go-to spot for Indian food.
