My visit to Jack-in-the-Box left me underwhelmed. The food was mediocre, and the service was slow, despite the restaurant not being very busy. I expected more from this fast-food chain.
I would love to express how wonderful your staff was to me yesterday afternoon. The were friendly and helpful. Smiles and getting our orders just right. I explained to the lady at the window my son has autism and he had to have his sauces just right. She was understanding and got them perfect w a smile on her face. The team you have at this restaurant is outstanding ! I went inside because they accidentally put cheese on my small salad I asked to exchange it. No issues very helpful....read full review
