“I stopped by with my work husband on our way home from a local brewery. We wanted to get something to snack on but the kitchen closed by the time we put our order in. So we decided to stop by BK to get whoppers. We pulled up and from the menu we could tell there would be a wait (common sense people!) No biggie, we placed our order and patiently waited. I'm not sure what was wrong with the person in front and back of us. They were both impatient, which led me to write this review. The person in front of us started cleaning out their car while waiting, throwing their trash out in the bushes in the drive through. The person behind us was yelling, banging their hands on their steering wheel, and was tailgating me. Sigh. By the time we got to the cashier, George, asked him wtf was wrong with people and he said he had no idea. He was super nice! I have no idea why this BK has such low ratings. George is such a great employee. Our transaction was fast, correct, and smooth. Thank you George!“
“The lady at the window was great and made it a great experience! All the food was hot for the most part. One thing, I specifically asked (and paid for) not only cheese on my Whopper, but TWO cheeses on my Whopper, and there were none. It was also missing bacon. So that was disappointing but I had a big order and everything else was correct and decent quality.The lady at the window went above and beyond by offering me a sample when I decided to be adventurous and try a new drink because they were out of what I originally wanted, I should have asked her name!“
“Just stopped in for a Senior coffee and hash browns. The lady was promptly there to take my order and handed me hot coffee and freshly cooked tator tots. Everything was prepared well and I was given napkins, sugar, cream and utensils, in a smaller bag, for my coffee. I was the only one in the restaurant, so it was hard to judge the atmosphere.“
