Consistency is key, and almost every restaurant around here fails horribly at that, except this one. Every time I get food here it's ALWAYS fresh, its ALWAYS hot, and my order is ALWAYS perfect.

“I personally spend $50-60 a week at this location and it floored me when I tried to do the free Whopper Survey...They don't honor the survey at all...It seems that they are cutting costs and that's understandable,but it shouldn't be at the customer's expense!!! It says to use the receipt within 24 hours of purchase to complete the Survey,but everytime you enter the store # and transaction code,it immediately denies you and asks you to try again!!! No matter how many times you try it won't let you complete the survey...Though the food is OK, I won't continue to patronize a restaurant that DOESN'T CARE ABOUT OR CARE TO GIVE BACK TO THE CUSTOMERS THAT HELPS THEIR BUSINESS TO THRIVE...GOOD BUSINESS IS THE IDEA, BUT CUSTOMER SATISFACTION / APPRECIATION, IS THE KEY!!! They clearly don't appreciate the customer's...I'm NO LONGER A CUSTOMER,as of 7/24/25...“
“Good place to grab a quick bite, while the food is not the healthiest, it's still pretty good and satisfies your hunger.(fast food is not known for healthy fare, nor is it supposed to be) I only wish they served coffee throughout the day, I'm one of those weirdos who'll have coffee ☕️ with burger 🍔 and fries 🍟 😎“
“I got gas and snacks they were very friendly. Strange when I was in there, there was a guy that came back in after pumping gas and said his car wouldn't start and it was their fault. I don't know if he was crazy or if you really believed it. After he walked out the cashier, and I had a good laugh.“
“Not all Burger Kings are the same, the closes place to my house is located on Stockton Blvd. But I choose to go to the one on Gerber, because the service is better and the place is clean. The attitude of the people is pleasant and they are patient and they make sure that what I order is right. When I say no onions they make sure that there is no onions on my burger. Raw onion doesn’t sit well with me.“

They’re all very consistently good, but this Freeport location is probably the best I’ve had. I don’t have enough space on this to tell my story on Whoppers. I just want to give it a shoutout. Honestly, it’s rare to see this level of service, especially in fast food. Alberto goes above and beyond. Everything was fast, smooth, and professional, but at the same time very respectful and human.
I came in tired and not in the best mood, and just the way he handled everything — his attitude, his energy, the way he treats people — actually made my day better. You can tell he’s not just doing his shift, he really cares.
Employees like Alberto are the face of the place. If more people worked like him, the service everywhere would be on a completely different level.

“This feedback is not necessarily for this location but overall BK as I couldn't find any other place where I could submit my feedback. Even the survery doesn't work at all despite trying to fill it out even after just 6 hours of ordering! The form doesn't work and found many others complaining of the same.
The feedback is mainly for the impossible patty for which they charge extra $3 which feels like they are cheating the vegetarian/vegan people. All we are doing is trying to replace the other patty with the impossible patty. And other thing is that patty actually tastes really bad, like really bad. BK used to have a veggie patty years ago that was bad as well but at least tasted better and didn't cost anything extra, then why did they replace with this patty and now charge $3 extra? They don't charge extra for meat patty. It feels like discrimination towards vegetarianism. Go to countries like India where BK is actually serving a really tasty crispy vegetarian patty in their veggie burgers, why not serve the same in US?“
