Burger King in Richmond

“I ordered a BBQ Bounty Whooper with Collectible cup, I thought it came with a promotional box but apparently it didn't. Also, later on I realized that I never received my cup. I was with my Mom and she ordered a frozen Coke and she saw that everyone who ordered what I did was getting a cup. I went back to the counter and the same lady that handed me my meal thought only the bundle pack came with it. Her coworker or manager told her that she was wrong. They were very busy yesterday and kept ignoring people who used the mobile app for pick up. My Mom had to wait a very long time for her frozen Coke and the cashier kept helping other people order there food at the register. The employees need to be better trained on the promotions that are available. Also, stop ignoring people standing at the pick up line. Also, people coming in to order need to stop cutting in line. I normally don't have issues at this location.“

The only reason I dock a point for atmosphere is the general surroundings, not the store itself.The front desk cashier was really professional and friendly.
