“Great service, best latte barrista Lexie makes mine just the way I like it and always remembers my order and greats me with a friendly hello and a smile. Great way to start my day! I enjoy sitting and relaxing in the Cafe when I'm not in a rush. Overall it's my absolute favorite Starbucks.“
“Great location. Service is not good. I am a regular person. I asked drink without ice. Guy told me then drinks not going to top, if you up to top then extra charge. I told him go head charge me extra. Bathroom was so bad. All over paper. More over no sop. They have to look after their bathrooms too. Usually they have good collection for cup etc. On this location is not good collection very little. My drink was great. My suggestion manager need focus on his team about cleanliness this location has so much potential.Parking: They share parking lots with Home Depot.“
“Kinda feel the Barista's of today in this establishment are not as experienced enough for me to feel confident on their knowledge of making simple drinks. Why? Well I ordered a Grande Caramel Macchiato with steamed half & half or I would sometime say to have it breved. Then they would ask me right after..."Is that the warm or cold drink?" Well duh??? Who makes cold drinks and ask to have steamed half and half? I mean where is it in the menu that has that type of cold drink with half&half??? They can't tell me that drink exist, cause it doesn't. How do I know?? I know. I use to be a barista myself and took a happy approach into being knowledgeable on how to make drinks that are offered on the menu. Besides, I like leaving cash tips for the Barista's cause I know how they depend on tips as part of their income. I really don't mind breaking bread like that with them. Then I seek the service of this establishment and they ask me questions that they shouldn't have to ask. Like"Is that a cold or warm drink?". Again, duh!!! Does Santa only appear during Christmas only? Duh! Polish your drink making skills cause till then zero tips goes to the unknowledgeable Barista's of Starbucks today. Especially in the willow Ave in Hercules store. They have my no confidence vote.Kid-friendliness: Kids are always welcome here till I see them with their parents not paying attention as they jump on top of the store furniture. The staff will tolerate those type behavior and allow it to happen as they look the other way. There are other ways of making it a kid friendly place.“
