“The cashier and baristaaa (Sunday Afte 07/10) that made our drinks was super nice and even the drinks were so good!! He was multitasking!! I've been getting the brown sugar shaken espresso. A few times that I've got the brown sugar shaken espresso and did not really like it (at different locations, they were watery). Overall, I'm very happy with the service and our drinks! I didn't get the barista's name but thank you!!“

“I must say I don't really like the Starbucks Corporation. But I must say that the Starbucks at Safeway in San Rafael on B Street is a good place to go to. I get there at 6 in the morning and there's a guy there named Michael who always has a smile on his face and always puts a smile on my face. Him and the other gentleman I don't know his name but they know me cuz I always get the white mocha latte and they themselves as people make the experience great. “Shout out to the Starbucks crew today from 4-5pm. I had a meeting with someone while a difficult and inappropriate visitor came in the coffee shop twice and they had to ask this person to leave. The unstable person was rude and hostile back to the workers but the staff was not phased and handled the situation appropriately. Just want to say thank you and you are doing a great job.“
