always friendly staff. Pretty much get a coffee here everyday.
Overall the experience there was ok. The drink and service was great but the staff there seem not too friendly although if you have questions they will answer you, maybe they're too busy I guess. Try to use their restroom but has password tried few times doesn't work and asked them again they told me the password is the same which I tried again still doesn't and asked them again but they seem very irritated which was ok for me but again maybe they're too busy.
They saved lives, the iced coffee 4 pumps sweetener and a big of oat milk!

The Starbucks Coffee Company offers exceptional service, as staff helped with a new order after a pickup mistake. The atmosphere is laid-back, with WiFi and space for work, though there are only 3 plugs for customers and not many places to sit. Outside tables are available. A Caramel Crunch Frap tasted great, and the location is probably the best in the San Rafael area, though it could be bigger.
