“I got the Cambodian noodle soup. It was awesomeness and reminded me of Vietnamese Hu Tieu. The shrimp was fresh with good texture. Not dry and chewy. Same with the other meats and a good way to get vitamin packed liver into your diet. No bitter and gamey taste. The sweet flavorful broth was great and even better once I added Sriracha. Exceptional proportions and noodle to meat ratio. I will try other items on the menu. Plenty of parking since the huge lot is theirs.“
“This newly remodeled gem is found at the old location of Pho #2 next to Jolibee/ Seafood City off Redwood. The food was excellent as usual! I got the Seafood Combo Pho and it was delicious on this cold night. It has ample amounts of mussels (which you never see at these spots), squid, shrimp and sliced crab cakes. The broth was piping hot and satisfying. The rice noodles rounded out a great dish. I see others get Oxtail pho and its humongous! Service is awesome (which is a pleasant surprise for a Pho place! Highly recommend!“
“Food is delicious. Their bahn mi sandwiches have quality flavor and are packed generously with meat and veggies. When I ordered it, they did communicate to me it would take long about 25 mins. However I did end up waiting about 35-40 mins. Order ahead of time if you're in a rush. I noticed other people were waiting a while for their food as well. There was only one person taking orders and delivering food. They are family owned and ran. I hope they can hire more people to make it run more efficiently.I do like how they have tofu bahn mi as an option! Most bahn mi places don't offer that.The seats seem scattered. However there is various options for seating which is good for large groups. I would come back, but probably order ahead of time!“

It was my first time eating at this location and as soon as we walked in, they made you feel like they have known you forever or that we were regulars. I noticed that some regulars who walked in, they already knew what they were going to order and were greeted exceptionally well. The food of course matched the service. Was very good. “This is an upscale version of a pho place, and so much more. For starters, there's air conditioning. And it has nice ambiance, with long share tables (good for groups!) as well as tables for 2 or 4. The menu is extensive, with all kinds of noodles and soups and noodle soups, and the food is very good. The pho broth is legit. There are the plates you'd expect, pork chop, barbecue chicken, etc. with rice & cucumber-carrot salad and a side of fish sauce. Vietnamese coffee with sweetened condensed milk served hot or cold, and even boba drinks like milk tea! For what it is, it's very affordable and I can't wait to go back.“
“My taste buds were very happy at Pho Vallejo Noodle House! The broth was well-balanced. Savory and not too sweet and the meats were very tender. Fresh spring rolls are always a must and really digged their peanut sauce. The overall environment was clean and new. It was really cool chatting to the owner and learning more about their story. Pho Vallejo is a super nice family-run establishment. Highly recommend this spot for a solid bowl of pho to warm you up during this season!“
“Broth has stepped down in taste and quality. They used to have the better broths in the area. But today tasted like any other fast broth beef bullion pho. The tendon tasted old as well. Authentic broth so far is Hello Pho in Concord, Pho 2000 in San Francisco, Pho Tau bay in San Jose to name a few.“
“I'm not a huge Pho fan but this spot changed my mind! I ordered the lunch special for $13. Well done thin steak pho with egg noodle instead of rice noodle that came with two veggie spring roll. The bowl came out super hot, very fresh tasting, clean tasting meat and the broth was extra flavorful! Not bland at all!! Definitely recommend to all friends and families!!!“
“Surprisingly good Pho! This is my go to spot for me and my friends/boyfriend/family if we want good pho and don't want to go far. Probably one of the better restaurants in Pinole in general.Their rice plates are okay but the Pho is much better and what we go for. I also like their fried shrimp rolls!“
“Been here a few times, and each time the food has been great. I've tried their beef banh mi, egg rolls, spring rolls, calamari, chicken wings bun Bo hue and of course their pho. All have been pretty good, especially considering this is the ONLY local pho place that doesn't close super early when you need something warm and comforting after work. Notable highlights from the food- I must say, I've sampled some bun Bo hue all over the local area and this place is the best I've had without having to go all the way to Oakland. And even then, it's been just as good as some of the "famous" spots for bun Bo hue. The pho is always piping hot and they don't skimp on the meat!! They seem to hold the bowls in some kind of clay holder that keeps the soup warmer longer, which was a nice touch I've never experienced in a Vietnamese restaurant. Service, this is definitely a family restaurant of sorts and the waitresses/waiters are a little older and may need to be graced with some patience when you want to get their attention. But once you have it they're the absolute sweetest! Very kind and welcoming crew. The restaurant itself is nice and spacious with a few tvs to keep a single patron company while they wait for their meal, which never takes too long. All in all, this is a great stop to make when you don't want to travel too far for some good comforting food. I definitely plan on being a regular here!“
“Yesterday I purchased a bunch of food i've never been to this place before. Brought it home and just yum yum all night long. The owners are beautiful people with their beautiful baby. And I am so proud of them. A young couple with a new business and a new baby can show people how it should be done. And the food was fantastic, the coconut prawns, The green curry either chicken and prawns over rice.I will be back. The restaurant was so clean. You can smell the bleach. I am so happy when I walk in and I can smell bleach. Knowing that the place is clean and sanitized.“
