excellent place for Vallejo.
The only Pho spot in Vallejo that was open on the 4tj of July. I was calling around all of the Pho places and they said they are pretty much open 24/7, they only do half days I think on 2 holidays, Christmas and New Year or something like that but they were the only pho spot that was open on 4th of July in Vallejo.
