Pho Vy is seriously one of my go to spots! And let me tell you, the mango sticky rice is THE BEST. I’ve tried pretty much every mango sticky rice in the area , so I feel qualified to say this 😂. It’s the perfect amount of sweetness, not overly sweet, and the mangoes they use are always perfectly ripe and delicious.
