“I'm not a huge Pho fan but this spot changed my mind! I ordered the lunch special for $13. Well done thin steak pho with egg noodle instead of rice noodle that came with two veggie spring roll. The bowl came out super hot, very fresh tasting, clean tasting meat and the broth was extra flavorful! Not bland at all!! Definitely recommend to all friends and families!!!“

“Yesterday I purchased a bunch of food i've never been to this place before. Brought it home and just yum yum all night long. The owners are beautiful people with their beautiful baby. And I am so proud of them. A young couple with a new business and a new baby can show people how it should be done. And the food was fantastic, the coconut prawns, The green curry either chicken and prawns over rice.I will be back. The restaurant was so clean. You can smell the bleach. I am so happy when I walk in and I can smell bleach. Knowing that the place is clean and sanitized.“

“I got the Cambodian noodle soup. It was awesomeness and reminded me of Vietnamese Hu Tieu. The shrimp was fresh with good texture. Not dry and chewy. Same with the other meats and a good way to get vitamin packed liver into your diet. No bitter and gamey taste. The sweet flavorful broth was great and even better once I added Sriracha. Exceptional proportions and noodle to meat ratio. I will try other items on the menu. Plenty of parking since the huge lot is theirs.“

“What an amazing addition to Pleasant Hill! First off, the service is wonderful. The man (whom I am assuming is the owner) is so nice/sweet. Second, there is actually parking in front for take out orders! Third, the food is amazing and portions are a good size! We ordered: 1. Shrimp rolls #1 -- fresh and yummy! 2. “Best authentic broth in Concord.. hands down. The prices reflects that. A lot of Pho restaurants in general is just fast canned beef bullion broth as a base. No authentic spices, love, and time spent on the broth. However, Hello Pho is consistent and the broth hits all the necessary notes. They deserve a better location in Concord as they're the real deal for real on the real cause you know the deal it's not a steal because it's a real feel good tasting Pho... if you don't know now you know..“

“Broth has stepped down in taste and quality. They used to have the better broths in the area. But today tasted like any other fast broth beef bullion pho. The tendon tasted old as well. Authentic broth so far is Hello Pho in Concord, Pho 2000 in San Francisco, Pho Tau bay in San Jose to name a few.“

“This newly remodeled gem is found at the old location of Pho #2 next to Jolibee/ Seafood City off Redwood. The food was excellent as usual! I got the Seafood Combo Pho and it was delicious on this cold night. It has ample amounts of mussels (which you never see at these spots), squid, shrimp and sliced crab cakes. The broth was piping hot and satisfying. The rice noodles rounded out a great dish. I see others get Oxtail pho and its humongous! Service is awesome (which is a pleasant surprise for a Pho place! My order came with a small bowl of a very flavorful broth. We also got one order of fresh summer rolls with shrimp.The food was delicious and plentiful. My cousins have been here before and they love it.The staff were very kind. We arrived about 30 mins before the restaurant closed, but they welcomed us warmly and made no fuss.??“

“My favorite Pho spot in Vallejo! The broth is amazing, the owner/chef explained to us the process and the quality ingredients he puts into his food and we've been hooked ever since! The ice milk coffee that aunty there makes is the best, grandma makes the Banh Mi sandwiches, and the spicy garlic chicken wings are Addicting! The eggrolls are consistently good too, can't go wrong here, I stop by weekly! You won't be disappointed“
