Love this spot. It's right on the water, the food is always tasty (we either get the salmon, musubi, or short-ribs), the service is friendly, the vibe is welcoming, and the price is very reasonable. This is our family's favorite waterfront place in the whole Bay Area.
Small quite place with excellent seasoned Shrimp noodles and veggie fried rice.

Bay Hibachi Express is a fantastic spot with amazing and friendly staff, known for its delicious and affordable food. It has become a go-to place for many, making it perfect for gatherings. This Japanese restaurant also serves a few Filipino food items. The serving sizes are generous, and the food is consistently praised for its taste. The ambiance is beautiful, with a view of the Napa River and passing boats. Customers can enjoy a lovely outdoor dining experience on the floating barge when the weather is nice. The service is great and fast. The restaurant offers exceptional full bar choices with happy hour available during the week for discounted drinks & apps. Highly recommend getting Bill's fried rice. The menu is super limited, but pricing is decent and the food is good. It is a great spot to visit if you're near the waterfront. Indoor seating is available as well as outdoor on a dock. You can arrive by boat, tie up at the dock, and enjoy a great seat outside looking over Mare Island and the SF ferries.
