This place has been around for decades. We ordered Mongolian beef, green bean chicken - asked for extra spicy! It was perfect, specially the Mongolian beef - still hands down the best full of flavor. We also ordered egg flower soup which was good, has some crunch w/water chestnut - unexpected but nice addition (we added soy sauce & their red sauce to it, yum!). Will try other old favorites here next time. Food was ready in 10-15mins. Always kind, courteous staff.

I'm a believer! It's said that people who live in certain parts of Vallejo have their fav Chinese restaurant and I can testify for the area that votes Annie's as #1! Food is pretty good service is terrible but I think it's just their personality. On average, the food is not too bad I wouldn't call it the best or the worst. It's definitely one of our go twos. I just wish they were a lot friendlier
