Ordered veggie deluxe and it was so uneasiness. Broccoli beef was overcooked broccoli and the sauce was thin. Salt and pepper chicken was a bit hard. Not sure what happened to this place. Very disappointed.

For one. We came planning on ordering a little bit of everything and asked for a large table and the guy was concerned about us taking up space... NO ONE else was in there.... We place our order. Apps come out cold as if they been sitting out all day. Ended up getting food to go to save the headache. Eggplant tastes old and was so soggy it was completely inedible. However honey walnut prawns were good I will say that! I highly recommend not eating here unless you want crappy food.

This place has been around for decades. We ordered Mongolian beef, green bean chicken - asked for extra spicy! It was perfect, specially the Mongolian beef - still hands down the best full of flavor. We also ordered egg flower soup which was good, has some crunch w/water chestnut - unexpected but nice addition (we added soy sauce & their red sauce to it, yum!). Will try other old favorites here next time. Food was ready in 10-15mins. Always kind, courteous staff.

I'm a believer! It's said that people who live in certain parts of Vallejo have their fav Chinese restaurant and I can testify for the area that votes Annie's as #1! (I'm from a different part of town. Don't tell nobody! lol) This review is dedicated to the one dish that keeps me coming back which is the Salt & Pepper Prawns! Wooo Weeee! The chef has mastered the salt to pepper ratio so every bite is evened out with slithers of onions, green onions, and chopped jalapenos so you will be dancing and eating in Flavor Town! PROMISE! Hahaha what makes it RIGHT is also the way it's coated and fried, it's a nice portioned size headless shrimp that's fried to perfection to achieve that perfect crisp! Other restaurants cook what seems to me to be salad shrimp because 85% of it is the breading! Tsk tsk tsk. Wondering if it'll taste different if you were to order for take out or DoorDash??? It won't! I DoorDashed the lunch combo which comes with soup, 1 fried wonton chip, and 1 egg roll. One SO GOOD combo! The shrimps were still crispy! *I recommend ordering it with steamed rice! So you can fully appreciate the flavor of the dish. Thank me later! *Restaurant is open for dine in.

Totally classic and delicious restaurant, although it may not be the most perfect you can eat in the world, or the most traditional, but definitely worth trying!!

This place is literally a dump, we entered and were hit by a smell of funk. The place was empty and we didn't even get acknowledged. We seated ourselves and waited, no menu no nada. We decided to get up and leave. Mind you, we literally were the only customer and the older man behind the counter literally could have cared less. Avoid this place, I can only imagine what the food tastes like!

Food is pretty good service is terrible but I think it's just their personality. On average, the food is not too bad I wouldn't call it the best or the worst. It's definitely one of our go twos. I just wish they were a lot friendlier

Shitty a$$ food! We ordered 4 items via Food App for delivery and spent nearly $75, not including the cost of delivery and gratuity. The only item that was worth eating was the Salted Fish and Chicken Fried Rice as it was tasty.Everything else that was garbage!Egg Fu Young was dense and all flour. Where was the cabbage or egg??? It was a thick, dense peice of flour puck heavily drowned in sauce. This item was all Carbs.Honey Walnut Prawns lacked Walnuts and was also saturated in sauce. This item is usually first to go, but sadly, it didn't fully get devour at our dinner table. Ginger Beef was skimpy. Dish should have been called Ginger Straight Up. 75% was ginger and larger pieces of ginger. The beef ratio was skimpy. Disappointing item. The order came with a small single serving of chicken salad tossed in dressing. Yet it was also sitting in a pool of dressing that look like simple syrup. We won't be ordering again. The restaurant lacks good quality ingredients and maybe even needs a new chef.

Absolutely the worst customer service ever I placed my order an hour before they closed and then when I arrived, she said that they weren’t going to make it. It was too late even though I had already placed the order telling me they shut everything down early and she said oh it’s too bad I don’t know what to tell you. Sure do miss the old owners. They were so great.

The food has been a hit and miss but I've always felt Annie's was underrated. However, the quality of ingredients has definitely increased and the food has been amazing - even our 5 year old loved it!

Having only ordered delivery for years and it losing something in transit, we went in for dinner. The flavors were very good, and the portions were plentiful. We really enjoyed it and look forward to going again. We ordered wor wonton soup ( the dumplings were really good), salt and pepper fish, broccoli beef, and honey walnut shrimp ( 14 shrimp!) .

I had high hopes for Annie's Panda Garden's vegetarian options, but unfortunately, they fell short of expectations. The vegetarian dishes lacked creativity and were rather bland. The flavors were underwhelming, and the ingredients used seemed uninspired. It was disappointing to see a lack of effort put into creating exciting and flavorful vegetarian dishes, considering the growing demand for plant-based options.

Ordered egg foo young with pork. The pork consisted of three hamburger sized patties that was processed meat mushed together with a soggy breading on the outside. Made me wonder what happened to the egg, foo or even the young. Nasty tasting.
