“We ordered sandwiches and waffle fries. We specially ordered waffle fries no salt. The restaurant freshly fried the waffle fries, but not re-fried waffle fries. Greatly appreciated! We got re-fried waffle fries from other Chick-fil-A for many times. We will come here often from now on.“

“I had such a wonderful experience with Miss Ann at Chick-fil-A in the airport yesterday.

I ordered my meal along with a peach milkshake, but she quickly realized they were out of peaches. She kindly offered me a strawberry shake, then turned around again with the sweetest apology because they were out of that too. With such a warm and caring voice, she said, “I can make you a chocolate one.” Although chocolate isn’t my favorite, her genuine kindness made it impossible to be disappointed. We both laughed, and I happily agreed.

What impressed me the most was that Ms. Ann expressed that she was willing to go above and beyond to find something else she could use to make me a shake. She didn’t have to offer that, but she genuinely wanted to make sure I left happy. That level of care and dedication is what exceptional customer service looks like.
