“I had the Chicken Mix Bowl with the smokey chipotle sauce and it was AMAZING. I am allergic to dairy, gluten, and soy so being able to not worry about that with my meal was so nice. I also have ARFID (avoidant restrictive food intake disorder) and have a really hard with certain textures, usually chicken is really hard for me to eat but I had no issues with this chicken!! The texture was consistent all the way through, pulled apart really easily, and was just overall amazing. The portions are really good and the food is very flavorful. I'm really happy with my meal. Thank you guys for the amazing food. I highly recommend this place!!“

“Love love love this meal prep service. I’m
On week 3 and have been able to lose 1lb per week and I can attribute it to great quality/portion control of meal prep and cardio routine.
I am a business owner, and as a result I don’t have much time to invest into cooking and meal prepping. Very thankful I found gains and shred, their price point is also very reasonable.“

“I don’t go to palmettos often because I don’t tend to crave healthy foods, but my visit today changed my mind. I went to Palmettos around 4 pm, and all the workers on duty were super welcoming and efficient. I ordered 3 drinks and they came out within a minute (which in and out could never), and during the short wait time I socialized with the sweetest workers Kayden, Katie, Emily. Usually drink places don’t have the best hospitality, but they were quick to answer questions and recommended me amazing drinks that I’m still craving an hour later. Overall I’m very impressed with the service and drink quality, and will be a returning customer.“
